A decades-long cultivator in education and entrepreneurship across her native Philadelphia, PA, Cindy Allen has successfully created many of the very bricks she’s also laid in working to drive valuable infrastructure in communities of color. A savvy educator, Cindy built hubs of community support and resourcing via C.A. Success Academy Childcare and her women’s empowerment pipeline C.A.N. (Cynthia Allen Network).
